BRIAN ENO
"Lux"
Gatefold slipcase includes
4 exclusive prints** 'Lux' is Brian Eno's first solo album for Warp
Records and his first solo album since 2005's 'Another Day On Earth'.
It's an absorbing 75 minutes of slow moving, glassy harmonics, plangent
piano keys and evaporating strings, all bathed in reverb and allowed
to serenely waft about the space with a seemingly aleatoric logic.

LAURIE
SPIEGEL
"The expanding universe"
Laurie Spiegel's The Expanding
Universe is hardly a forgotten or lost gem, but this new re-issue is
without a doubt one of the finest things we've heard this year. The
album managed to supplant itself in the subconscious of electronic music
ever since its release in 1980, and in recent years it has gone from
strength to strength forming the building blocks that gave us Emeralds,
Oneohtrix Point Never and so much more. 19 track expanded edition (LP
format contains the original 4 tracks plus bonus, with CD version included
inside).

LESLIE
WINER &C.
"S/t"
Leslie Winer &c. brings
together tracks from the first two decades of Leslie Winer’s extensive
yet little-known body of work. The earliest pieces, recorded in the
late eighties, appeared on her debut solo album Witch [Transglobal/Rhythm
King, 1993]. First issued as a white label pressing in 1990 and featuring
Jah Wobble, Karl Bonnie and Helen Terry, Witch has earned Winer the
distinction ‘grandmother of trip hop’ (NME). After its release,
Winer all but disappeared from public view, making only sporadic guest
appearances on releases by such varied artists as John Hassell (1994)
and Bomb the Bass (1995). While she has continued to record throughout
the nineties and noughties, little of Winer’s work has surfaced,
until now.
